WQU CEO Daphne Kis discusses future of talent and opportunity at Davos
This past January, WorldQuant University CEO Daphne Kis attended the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland. At the conference, Daphne met with international leaders from the public and private sectors to discuss the future of talent and opportunity and how we get there.
What’s becoming clear across the world is the need to empower talent to be able to shape their own future in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. The youth of today becomes the talent of tomorrow, and more than ever it’s important that we prime and prepare them with coding, analytical and collaborative skills. More than that, they need a sense of agency and empowerment so they are able to carve out their own path well into the future. At WorldQuant University, we’re happy to be apart of this flourishing ecosystem of thinkers, doers, and facilitators.
You can listen to some of these ideas in the clip here, which features experts from from the United Nations, MIT Solve and The DO School.
