Voices from the Field: WorldQuant University Expert Series

As part of WQU’s ongoing commitment to democratizing knowledge, we are pleased to launch a new series designed to bring you insights from distinguished speakers in quantitative and technology fields. We aim to regularly engage speakers and presenters to share their domain expertise with our community of tenacious and curious learners.

Our first set of conversations will explore key areas including Technology & Data, Global & Multi-Asset strategies, Sustainability & Regulatory frameworks, Behavioral & Tactical approaches, and other cutting-edge topics shaping our industry.

We're proud to kick off with Amanda Pullinger, Founder of Global Female Investors Management and former CEO of 100 Women in Finance. Under her leadership, the organization grew from hundreds to 30,000+ members across 32 locations worldwide, overseeing $60M+ in global grantmaking.

In conversation with WQU President Daphne Kis, Amanda shares her insights on leadership pathways, gender equity in finance, the future of quantitative skills, and advice for building global careers in our evolving industry
