Guido Kamann, PhD

Bio

Dr. Guido Kamann is a visionary and results-driven corporate leader with over 30 years of experience specializing in business informatics, technology strategy, and digital transformation. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven sustainable growth and market outperformance, successfully managing organizations of up to 700 employees and overseeing P&L responsibilities exceeding €250 million.

His career is defined by a distinguished, long-term tenure at Capgemini Group, a global leader in business and technology transformation. Most recently, from 2019 to 2025, Guido served as the CEO, Executive Vice President, and Chairman of the Swiss Board for Capgemini Switzerland. Prior to this, he held key leadership roles within the group, including Managing Director of Technology Strategy Consulting in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, as well as serving as Global Head of High Tech Industry.

Guido started his professional journey at Hewlett-Packard almost 40 years ago.
Academically grounded with a PhD in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, his cross-industry expertise spans high tech manufacturing, medtech, life sciences, and software.  Currently Guido is leveraging this extensive background to focus on board mandates, senior advisory roles, and strategic transformation challenges.
